Ethics Hotline

The INVENIA Ethics Hotline allows our employees, customers and partner representatives to report violations of our Code of Ethics and Compliance or suggest improvements.

Reports are sent directly to the ethics officer for handling and are, in principle, kept confidential from third parties. (However, limited disclosure may be made where identification is necessary to protect the reporter’s rights, such as in requests for improvement.)

As a rule, anonymous or malicious reports are not processed, to protect employees and business partners. However, anonymous reports will be processed if they provide specific details and clear factual evidence.
